Site Supervisor

Civil work supervision like foundations, building, bridge work & road work in Steel plant sector.

Minimum Qualification of ITI /+2 or Above.

Work Experience of candidate minimum 3Years+

• Project oversight: Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and deadlines.
• Safety and compliance: Implement and enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and eliminate hazards.
• Quality control: Inspect construction work, materials, and processes to ensure they meet project standards and building codes.
• Coordination and communication: Serve as the main point of contact for site staff, subcontractors, engineers, architects, clients, and project managers. Address any issues or conflicts that arise.
• Resource management: Manage labor, materials, and equipment to control costs and ensure efficient project workflow.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily progress, costs, materials, and any incidents.
• Supervision and training: Supervise, guide, and train construction workers and subcontractors on tasks and safety procedures.
