Coordinate with factory for timely material dispatch and solve site issues immediately. Accounting & Finance Manage day-to-day accounting entries using EVA Cloud Software (primary) and Tally Prime/ERP 9 . Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS/TCS calculations & returns. Maintain books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, trial balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet. Prepare and manage payroll, PF/ESI compliance. Coordinate with statutory auditors and handle tax audits.
