Tally Accountant

Accounting & Finance

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries using EVA Cloud Software (primary) and Tally Prime/ERP 9.
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS/TCS calculations & returns.
• Maintain books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, trial balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare and manage payroll, PF/ESI compliance.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and handle tax audits.

Quotation & Costing (Critical Role)

• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for uPVC windows, sliding doors, casement systems, villa windows, toughened glass works, DGU, laminates, ACP cladding, spider glazing, etc.
• Calculate material costs (uPVC profiles, hardware, glass, sealants, accessories) based on current market rates and BOM.
• Work closely with the sales/technical team to understand project requirements and convert inquiries into professional quotations.
• Maintain quotation register and follow up on pending quotes.

MIS & Reporting

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports in Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
• Inventory reconciliation (raw material, WIP, finished goods).
• Cost analysis and profitability reports project-wise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field.
• Minimum 2–6 years of experience in manufacturing industry; experience in uPVC windows/doors/aluminum fabrication industry is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vilholi, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Tally: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Preferred)
