Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, supervising teams, and resolving on-site issues. The role also involves monitoring project progress, maintaining compliance with construction standards, and providing regular updates to project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Site supervision and project management skills, including scheduling and overseeing daily construction activities.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and construction standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
• Experience in using construction software tools and maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Familiarity with interior design and renovation processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
