We are seeking a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in managing installation projects, ideally in the signage or construction industry. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of all signage installations including documentation works. This role requires a diploma in engineering or a related field, along with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all on-site signage installation activities, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Coordinate with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor timelines and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of installations. Inspect and ensure quality of signage installations and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to maintain smooth operations. Document progress and prepare reports on installation activities for internal review. Qualifications:Diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably within the signage or construction industry. Strong knowledge of installation techniques for signage products. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in on-site environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage teams on-site. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
