Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panaji for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring safety protocols, and maintaining site documentation. The Site Supervisor will also liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Construction Management, Site Supervision, and Project Coordination skills
• Knowledge of Safety Protocols and Regulatory Compliance
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications
• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
• Proficiency in Construction Management Software and MS Office
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in luxury real estate is a plus
