Preference: Candidates currently based in GoaAs a Sales Executive at Equiknox, you’ll play a key role in driving high-value real estate transactions in Goa’s luxury market. You will manage leads, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with channel partners to close premium property deals. Your expertise will help position Equiknox as the preferred choice for discerning homebuyers.Key Responsibilities- Manageincoming leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including UHNI clientele- Engageand coordinate with channel partners and brokers- Conductmarket research and develop targeted sales strategies- Presentproperty offerings in a compelling and professional manner- Negotiate and close high-value deals with confidence and finesse- Collaborate with marketing agencies to design and execute sales campaigns- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behaviorQualifications & Requirements- Strongsales acumen and experience in high-ticket real estate or luxury goods- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Proventrack record of managing UHNI clients and closing premium deals- Abilityto work both independently and in a team environment- Familiarity with Goa’s real estate market is a strong advantage- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Proficiency in MS Office and Social media platforms.Why JoinEquiknox?At Equiknox, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that’s shaping the future of luxury real estate in Goa.
