Site Lead

• Operational Management:Overseeing daily operations, coordinating site activities, and ensuring the site runs efficiently and effectively.
• Staff & Team Leadership:Managing and motivating teams, including other managers, to meet performance objectives and fostering a positive work culture.
• Project Planning & Execution:Planning, scheduling, and executing projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Budget & Financial Oversight:Managing budgetary aspects of the site, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and contributing to financial plans and forecasts.
• Safety & Compliance:Implementing and enforcing safety regulations to create a hazard-free environment and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Process Improvement:Driving quality initiatives, implementing best practices, and identifying savings or efficiency opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring:Setting performance expectations for the team, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to ensure objectives are met.
• Stakeholder Communication:Liaising with department heads, project managers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Age limit:20 to 30.
