Job Description

As the Site Lead for a Corporate Solutions account at Horizon BCBS, you will be responsible for managing a strategic relationship aimed at delivering real estate and workplace solutions to corporate and public institutions globally. Your role will involve developing and implementing a strategic account plan to ensure client satisfaction, long-term relationship health, and exceeding growth and profitability targets. You will lead high performing teams, focusing on client needs, service delivery, team management, and financial results. Your responsibilities will include: - Aligning with clients on priorities and executing strategic account plans - Communicating effectively at an executive level and engaging tactically - Ensuring high-quality service delivery and exceeding client expectations - Building lasting relationships quickly - Hiring, attracting, and retaining top talent employees - Improving team performance through coaching and feedback - Developing budget and managing growth and profitability targets - Identifying areas for innovation and expansion - Leading competitive contract renewals and driving sales strategy - Becoming an internal reference for best-in-class service delivery Key Skills and Experience: - Relevant degree in strategy, economics, business, management, or real estate - MBA and/or management consulting experience preferred - At least 10 years of experience in Hospitality or Facilities Management - High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess options - Business case development experience - Strong project management skills and ability to work under deadlines If you are a proactive and results-oriented professional with a track record in strategic account management and team leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
