Site Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with all stakeholders within the customer's organization. Ensuring that all customer issues and queries are addressed promptly with minimal escalations. Your focus will be on establishing relationship-based customer service delivery and working with the team to achieve top quartile results in customer experience. You will also be involved in studying annual volume forecasts, creating baseline spend, and owning the RFQ process across transport modes. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders within the customer's organization - Attend to all customer issues and queries on priority with minimal escalations - Establish relationship-based customer service delivery - Work with the team to deliver top quartile results on customer experience - Study annual volume forecasts and create baseline spend - Own the RFQ process across transport modes - Perform regular vendor evaluations based on set performance measures - Partner with the customer purchase/procurement team to evaluate RFQ/tender/spot quote submissions - Close the RFQ process with each service provider through award of business processes - Own the exception procurement approval process - Coordinate with overseas customer offices on shipment prioritization matrices - Collaborate with the customer and other 3PLs to ensure seamless logistics planning - Coordinate exports processes across transport models from cargo readiness to BL release stage - Manage team by identifying and developing talent, monitoring team KPIs, and delegating work effectively - Identify areas of revenue leakages and drive commercials and profits at customer level Qualifications Required: - Background in Supply Chain Management with a proper understanding of international supply chains - Minimum 5 years of work experience in operational roles in the Logistics industry Company Details: The job location is at Plot No A & B Talegaon Floriculture & Industrial Park, Talegaon Dabhade, Taluka-Maval, Ambi Navlakh Umbre, Maharashtra 410507.
