Site Incharge

Role Overview: As the Site Incharge for MSW Operations at Vapi, your primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of the municipal solid waste processing site operations. You will be in charge of ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance by managing production processes, maintenance activities, and the deployment of workforce and equipment. Your coordination with the Vapi Municipal Corporation and the Head Office is crucial for regulatory compliance and submission of necessary documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily processing activities to achieve production targets and maximize operational efficiency. - Supervise deployment and utilization of labor and equipment to meet site requirements. - Ensure quality control of incoming waste materials and outgoing products according to company standards. - Maintain accurate records of processed waste, inventory, production outputs, and sales using prescribed formats. - Coordinate housekeeping and site hygiene to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and environmental standards. - Manage operational vehicle logs and prepare detailed shift-wise processing reports for management review. - Liaise with Vapi Municipal Corporation and other local authorities for regulatory compliance and documentation submission. - Provide regular operational reports and updates to the Head Office on site performance, issues, and achievements. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders for timely procurement, maintenance, and services to support uninterrupted site operations. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline preferred; equivalent operational experience in MSW or related field may be considered. - 5 years of experience in municipal solid waste site operations, site management, or related field with demonstrated responsibility for production and workforce supervision. - Strong leadership and team management abilities, operations planning and execution experience, familiarity with waste management regulations, excellent communication skills, and strong reporting and documentation skills.,
