Job Description

1.Execution of project with Safety and Quality, Coordination with Contractor, Project Control & Final Handover
2.Project Execution for AC and DC side part, Involving Plant Commissioning Activities & Material follow up as per MTS. 3.Timely execution & Final Handover to end client.

Job Context & Major Challenges

Job Context:
1.To deliver the project within an agreed time and budget 2.Assessment of the involved risks for schedule and budget & plan mitigation strategies accordingly 3.To independently lead and manage the engineering function, coordinate and manage the design and Engineering works 4.To manage the design issues during construction phase and ensure compliance. Major Challenges: 1.Engineering related issues (ie Delay in drawing approval, revision in drawings during execution phase) 2.Timely availability of skilled manpower & machineries 3.Project Completion within the schedule.

Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 To steer the execution framework to ensure the quality, technical conformance, timeliness of the project. To be more stringent on quality aspects & tracking of execution milestones KRA2 To establish and maintain project monitoring and reporting systems to track project documentation Reviewing of Progress Reports & escalation of hindrance to get them on right track. KRA3 Nurture close cooperation with all project team members: Engineering, Procurement. Strong coordination with inter disciplinary departments related in any manner. KRA4 Safety as per ABG and Safety Protocols. Saving Environment by Tree Plantation and other means. To instill the Safety standards among every site individuals & its implementation with Zero Tolerance against noncompliance. KRA5 Ensuring minimum Punch list To monitor the Work quality effectively during execution to avoid punch point KRA6 Handing over of documents related to Approved Drawing/As built Drawing/Manual/Software/G&W Certificate etc & Statutory Approvals (CLRA, CEIG/CTU/STU etc) Listing of all applicable documents & ensure timely readiness for Handover. KRA7 Final Handover of the Plant with proper documentation. To develop a precise Handover Protocol.
