Site Incharge

The Site Incharge is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the municipal solid waste (MSW) processing sites operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance. You will be managing production processes, maintenance activities, and the deployment of workforce and equipment. Your role involves supervising daily processing activities, ensuring quality control of materials, maintaining records, and coordinating with regulatory authorities. It is important to achieve production targets, maintain site hygiene, and provide regular operational reports to the Head Office. Additionally, you will be liaising with vendors, contractors, and local authorities to support uninterrupted site operations. Collaboration with Head Office teams, on-site staff, and contractors is crucial for coordinated site activities. You will also interact with equipment vendors, the Vapi Municipal Corporation (VMC), and other relevant local authorities for permits, approvals, and site support. Your strong leadership, team management abilities, and experience in waste management regulations will be essential for this role. Effective communication skills, operational planning, and documentation abilities are key requirements for successful performance as a Site Incharge. The ideal candidate will have a graduation degree (any discipline) or equivalent operational experience in MSW or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in municipal solid waste site operations, site management, or a related field is required, with proven responsibility for production and workforce supervision.
