Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:-

· Responsible for targeted daily production of processing section as per execution planning.

· Proper arrangement and utilization of labor & Equipment.

· To maintain quality of material being processed as incoming waste.

· To maintain quality of by products like RDF, soil & Recyclable material.

· Record Generation for processed material as per company defined format.

· Record Generation of by product stock, production & Sale as per defined format.

· Maintain Log Book of feeding buckets at processing sections.

· Maintain Log Book of operation vehicles at processing section.

· Prepare & Maintaining shift wise processing report & Handover to operation in charge in required format.

· Keep site premises clean & hygienic condition by proper housekeeping on site also motivate others for the same.

Communications and relationships: -

Internal:

· With Head Office Staff, Site Team, On Site contractors and its manpower at site.

External:

· With Vendors, client as and when required

Knowledge, Training and Experience Required for Job

· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferable, along with relevant work experience in MSW processing and operations and site management.

· Experience: 1 -5 Years.

· Skills required:

· - Attention to detail, communication skills, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
