Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise site supervision activities, maintaining high standards of quality control and safety protocols.
supervise loading unloading work
sale bill entry in Tally software
maintain stock
Oversee daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity targets.
Manage manpower handling, allocating tasks effectively to achieve optimal results.
Coordinate shift planning and management, ensuring smooth operation of factory operations.
Monitor production supervising processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in manufacturing industry with expertise in factory operations, production management, or related field.
Strong understanding of daily production planning, manpower handling, shift planning, site supervision, and supervision principles.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
