Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a site-specific operational roadmap aligned with the overall project and business strategy. Ensure all steel plant sites function efficiently.

Team Management: Lead and supervise site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Handle recruitment, performance reviews, and team development.

Technical Operations: Oversee all on-site technical activities, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and shutdown work related to steel plant projects.

Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end site project execution—from planning, procurement, and manpower allocation to timely delivery, quality control, and reporting.

Innovation & Industry Trends: Keep up with advancements in plant engineering, safety protocols, and new material applications. Implement improvements accordingly.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Safety, and Client Teams to ensure seamless operations.

Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential risks, implement safety measures, and ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and site-specific guidelines.

Resource & Budget Control: Monitor material, manpower, and machinery usage. Optimize cost without compromising quality or safety. Maintain proper documentation.

Essential Skills:

Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership abilities to manage large site teams and communicate effectively across departments and client representatives.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of industrial project execution, particularly in steel plant environments. Familiarity with fabrication, erection, piping, and mechanical systems.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Capability to plan long-term site activities and foresee operational challenges.

Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving site issues—technical, manpower, or logistic—with minimum downtime.

Mentorship: Ability to build a competent team by guiding junior engineers and supervisors on technical and safety standards.

Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale industrial project timelines, resource planning, and client expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
