Location: Multiple Steel Plant Sites (Jamshedpur, Bhilai, Odisha, Visakhapatnam, Burnpur-Durgapur, Bellary)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field

Plastochem India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading service provider in automation and manpower management for steel plants across India. We specialize in robotic installations for billet tagging and currently manage 900+ employees deployed at reputed plants like Tata Steel, JSW, SAIL, and Visakhapatnam Steel Plant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manpower Management: Oversee 900+ employees across multiple sites; ensure smooth deployment and coordination.
  • Attendance & Payroll: Track attendance, leaves, and prepare payroll inputs; ensure accurate salary processing.
  • Leave & Shift Management: Manage employees’ shifts and leaves in compliance with company policies.
  • Compliance & HR Policy: Ensure statutory compliance (labour law, labour license, PF, ESI, etc.) at all locations.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring process, induction, and joining formalities.
  • Employee Engagement & Performance: Track employees’ daily work progress; coordinate site visits and department meetings.
  • Cost & Order Tracking: Monitor project-wise costing, billing, profit/loss statements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and update management on manpower status.
  • Billing Process: Coordinate with accounts/operations team for order-wise billing and client requirements.
  • Travel & Site Visits: Visit plant sites monthly or as required to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • MS Office Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Excel & Word for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to track manpower cost, order-wise profit/loss.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & Word (advanced level).
  • Ability to handle large workforce across multiple locations.

Compensation

Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
