Job Description

Job Title: Site HR Executive

Location: Shalimar

Reports To: HR Manager / Project Manager

Experience Level: 3 years

prefer candidates male only.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

· Coordinate with project managers to understand staffing requirements for various site roles (e.g., engineers, supervisors, skilled/unskilled labor).

· Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

· Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction, and allocation of necessary resources.

· Maintain an updated database of potential candidates.

Attendance & Payroll Support:

· Manage and track daily attendance records for all site employees and contract workers.

· Collect and verify attendance data for payroll processing, coordinating with the central HR/payroll team.

· Address attendance-related queries and issues.

Employee Relations & Welfare:

· Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances at the site.

· Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.

· Assist in organizing welfare activities, health check-ups, and safety awareness programs.

· Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.

Documentation & Reporting:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.

· Prepare various HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, attendance summaries) for site management and central HR.

· Manage employee exits, including full and final settlement documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, specifically in a site/project-based environment (preferably in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure).

· Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, particularly those applicable in Chhattisgarh.

· Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic site environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

· Fluency in Hindi is highly desirable; knowledge of local languages/dialects of Chhattisgarh would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹288,000.00 per year
