Role Summary:

Site Engineer - Finishing Work

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee
all finishing works
including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, stone work, false ceiling, carpentry, joinery, facade finishes, and interior detailing.
Interpret and execute finishing drawings and specifications with precision.
Implement strict
quality control measures
and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for seamless execution.
Prepare and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
Provide
technical solutions
for site challenges and ensure immediate rectification of defects.
Oversee snagging and de-snagging processes before handover.
Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and material tracking.
Ensure adherence to
safety standards
and promote a safe working environment.
Guide, mentor, and supervise junior engineers and site supervisors.

Requirements:

Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum
9 to 12 years
in site execution with a focus on finishing works.
In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, modern construction techniques, and quality benchmarks.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle multiple contractors.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools will be an advantage.
High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering superior finishes.
