Site Engineer

Role Overview: As an experienced professional in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for managing and supervising construction sites for plotted projects in Bangalore. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing Construction Sites: Manage daily site activities, ensuring work progress aligns with project plans and schedules. - Site Coordination & Travel: Manage multiple sites simultaneously, monitor progress, and resolve on-ground challenges by traveling between sites. - Technical Supervision: Ensure structural designs and materials meet project requirements, conduct inspections for quality and safety standards, and resolve technical issues on-site. - Report & Schedule Management: Prepare project status reports, manage resource allocation, develop procurement schedules, and maintain documentation for project transparency. - Ensuring Safety Protocols: Enforce site safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. - Other Responsibilities: Assist with Site Inspections, Prepare Documents, Manage Materials, Supervise Sites, Assist Quantity Surveying, Learn and Train, Assist in Site Set-Up, and Basic Surveying. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry. - Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, legal & construction guidelines. - Knowledge of construction techniques and project management. - Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities with proficiency in English/local language. - Ability to work at a quick pace and coordinate well with multiple stakeholders.,
