Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing accounts and audit, budgeting, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Coordinate audits, statutory filings and vendor billing/ payments. This role involves maintaining strong accounting fundamentals and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts and Vendor Payables
• Banking & Accounts, Audit, GST, MIS, Accounting
• Financial planning and analysis: Developing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Budget management: Overseeing budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Reporting and compliance: Preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.), ensuring regulatory adherence (e.g., GST, TDS etc), and managing internal and external audits.
• Tax coordination: Assisting with tax filings and coordinating with tax advisors.
• Risk management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks.

Qualifications

• CA Inter, CA Final or an advanced accounting degree

• Proven Experience in handling similar roles in the real estate industry. (min 5 yrs)
• Proficient in Finance and Account Management
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
