The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical background, people and vendor management skills, and a proactive attitude toward uptime, compliance, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Maintenance: Supervise the operation and maintenance of all technical services, including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, UPS, DG, PAC, Fire Detection and Suppression Systems. Review and implement Preventive and Corrective Maintenance plans. Ensure critical systems' uptime with zero interruption to business operations. Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurrent issues. 2. Technical Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations of the technical team and ensure timely task execution. Review and interpret MEP layouts, SLDs, and project drawings for infrastructure planning. Collaborate with internal teams for space planning, layout finalization, and technical feasibility. 3.
