Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software

• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company goals
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with suppliers
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance
• Analyze market trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery
• Collaborate with other departments to meet their procurement needs
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Train and mentor procurement team members
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
