Site Engineer

As a highly skilled Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing critical engineering projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve deepening your understanding of project management methodologies and demonstrating strong technical expertise in the relevant engineering field. Your exceptional leadership skills will be crucial in guiding cross-functional teams towards successful project delivery while ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints. Responsibilities include comprehensive project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and mentoring junior engineers. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Site Engineer in a construction environment. Your proven ability to manage large construction projects from start to finish will be essential. A strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations is required to ensure project success. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable effective collaboration with diverse teams. Proficiency in construction software such as AutoCAD and Primavera will be advantageous. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. The ideal candidate should be available for day shifts and willing to travel up to 25% of the time. The work location is in person.,
