Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
