Position Overview

Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site execution activities including fabrication, erection, and commissioning.
• Manage site contractors and ensure timely, safe, and quality completion of work.
• Interpret and execute engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Act as a communication link between the project site, design team, and factory.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve issues related to site work, design mismatches, or fabrication challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality norms, and project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and represent the company professionally during site interactions.
• Travel across India to project sites as per the project schedule.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in site execution, fabrication supervision, or project coordination.
• Freshers with strong technical understanding and a proactive attitude may also apply.
• Good knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and industrial erection practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in executing turnkey industrial projects.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
• Capable of working independently under pressure in dynamic site conditions.

Work Location & Travel

• This is a site-based role. The candidate should be flexible to relocate/travel to any project site across India.

• All travel expenses, accommodation, and site-related allowances will be borne by the company.

Compensation

• Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.
