Site EngineerRoles & Responsibilities: [STP/UF/RO/WTP]§ Installation & Commissioning Work of all Water & Wastewater Treatment Projects.§ Site Visit and Reports submission related to Project site or new site or revamping sites.§ Coordinating with Project Manager, Procurement Team and Vendors for Material Status and delivery.§ Coordination with Manager for erection installation and commissioning jobs.§ Carry out erection installation and commissioning as per drawings and detailing provided along with guidance of Manager.§ Fitting, Operation, Testing and Troubleshooting of all Electromechanical Equipment’s related to Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants such as Blowers, Pumps, Valves, Piping, Control Panel, & Other Instruments.§ Aligning local machinery, equipment, labours and consumables or any purchase on site and local vendors related required for completion of job in coordination with manager.§ Coordinating and supervising the project and site handled with due safety avoiding health risk or equipment damage or other losses.§ Inspection of material received on site and reporting, material receiving, inventory alignment, effective storing of equipment on site etc. § Assisting operations team on technical matters (sequence of operation, Onsite commissioning, and inspection).§ Assist to source new products technical evaluation (supporting projects activities), onsite inspection by third parties or end clients etc.Key Performance Index:§ Number of projects executed effectively.§ Cost and Profit savings in terms of project executed.§ Scheduled delivery of project and optimized cost cutting to add on profits. § Avoiding Hazards and Client mismanagement or site mismanagement.§ Timely reporting of site.Requirements:§ Degree/Diploma in (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil)§ Study of Drawings/Layout/P&ID as well as Electrical Panel and Wiring Knowledge is must.§ Strong Practical knowledge (i.e. Installation/Commissioning/Operation/Maintenance of MBBR, SBR, Membrane (MF/UF/RO/MBR), Ion Exchange (2B3T, MB, CPU, EDI) and pre-treatment processes (coagulation / flocculation, sedimentation, clarification, filtration).§ Hands on Working Experience in Installation & Commissioning of at 3 Major Projects over 1-2MLD.§ Those with relevant project management / plant testing & commissioning experience will be an added advantage.§ Self-starter, highly motivated, driven by excellence and having an eye for details.§ Process the mental and physical staminal to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines / visions.§ Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.share cv at info@gracegreninfra.com, #wastewater #job #water #stp
