Job Description

- Roles & Responsibilities: Preparation of tenders and other proposal activities Perform process design and costing (CAPEX & OPEX) Prepare technical proposal c/w PFD, P & ID, Drawings Tender clarification & presentation (supporting sales activities) Assisting project team on technical matters (process design & calculation and sequence of operation, Onsite commissioning, and inspection) Assist to source new products technical evaluation (supporting projects activities) Detailing and studying of enquiries with end client requirement understanding or tender understanding. Collection of Quotes and vendor management, Detailed engineering and Designing of Plants and turnkey projects, Estimation and costing in detailed manner covering all sorts of margins, risks & contingencies. Bid preparation, Proposal preparations, Agreement and Affidavits, MOU and Joint Venture preparations. Managing and dealing techno-commercial and legal tender or enquiry conditions. Preparations of Detailed Layouts, Drawings etc. Tendering search and bidding as per company profile and portfolio, marketing emails about company profile to respective clients etc. Commissioning support of plant designed. Vendor list and rate list or chart management. Engagement with projects team and sales team for execution and proposal submissions. Schedule preparations, Review Discussions with sales and projects team. End client management for converting enquiries and proposal to orders. Site visit and site report submissions, Presentation for Business Development and Technical Sales Support. Onsite safety and vigilance of team and material. Risk assessment and safety measures while bidding and tendering, management and alignment with bank and accounts team for Bank Guarantees, Performance Security etc related documents for tendering. Know-how of daily govt and private policy and guidelines such as of NBCC/NGT/CPCB/SPCB etc. Key Performance Index Number of proposals or bid converted to orders. Value of orders booked. Cost and Profit savings as per bidding value. Avoiding Hazards and Client mi-management or site mismanagement. Timely submission of reports, schedule sheets, review meetings.
