Job Description

Department: Projects / Construction
Reports to: Project Manager / Senior Engineer

The Site Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for overseeing construction activities at the site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth progress of work.
Interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports, inspection requests, and material requisitions.
Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per standards and specifications.
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Assist in measurement, billing, and verification of quantities for subcontractors.
Identify and resolve any technical issues or site-related problems.
Support project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to site activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
0 to 3 years of experience in site execution (freshers with strong knowledge may also be considered).
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
