Site Supervisor - Tamil Speaking

Fresher/Experienced(0-2 years)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities at our project sites. The Supervisor will ensure that work is completed safely on time and as per project specifications. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tamil as, communication with workers, vendors and local authorities will be a daily requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day to day onsite construction work.
• Coordinate with laborers, contractors and vendors
• Ensure work is carried out as per design and schedule.
• Monitor quality of work and materials used.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure all workers follow protocols.
• Keep site records, attendance logs and material usage report.
• Report site progress regularly to the project manager

Desired Candidate Profile:

Fluency in Tamil is mandatory

Good communication and leadership skills.

Fresher and experienced candidates (0 to 2 years) are welcome.

Experience in construction projects will be a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
