• BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in execution of building construction projects (Government projects preferred).
• Willingness to stay at project site.

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Civil Site Engineers from an execution background to manage and supervise building construction works for government projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, quality control, safety compliance, and cost monitoring at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the site and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations applicable to government projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams.
• Prepare, check, and verify contractor bills, measurements, and running account (RA) bills.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and assist in budget monitoring.
• Conduct rate analysis for extra items, deviations, and variations.
• Ensure proper material reconciliation, consumption tracking, and stock control at site.
• Monitor project progress and report deviations, delays, and risks to senior management.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports (DPR), and related documentation.
• Support inspections and audits by government authorities and consultants.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong execution knowledge in building construction projects (preferably Government projects).
• Hands-on experience in billing, estimation, rate analysis, and material reconciliation.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders at site.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic project documentation tools.
