We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer for road construction projects in and around Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, coordination with departments, and compliance with government regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage road construction activities at project sites Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards Operate and guide the use of technical and surveying equipment (Auto Level, Total Station, etc.) Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams Ensure quality control, safety norms, and timely completion of work Handle measurements, BOQs, and daily progress reports Liaise with government officials, consultants, and regulatory authorities Ensure compliance with local laws, safety guidelines, and official approvals Requirements Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 3–5 years of experience in road construction projects Strong knowledge of site execution and technical equipment Familiar with government procedures, inspections, and documentation Ability to read drawings and manage on-site challenges Good communication and coordination skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location: In person
