Role & responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site administration activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage site facilities including accommodation, mess, transportation, and welfare of site employees.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for housekeeping, security, catering, etc.
Maintain records of attendance, leave, and other site HR/admin documentation.
Ensure statutory compliance related to labour welfare and facilities.
Liaise with Head Office HR/Admin teams for manpower-related requirements.
Handle grievance redressal and provide support to employees at site.
Monitor budget utilization for site administration and control costs.
Support senior management with timely reporting and MIS related to site facilities

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: HR / Administration / Management background).
3 to 12 years of relevant experience in
site administration / facility management
in the
construction industry
.
Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities.
Kannada speaking candidates will be given preference.
