Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform accurate and timely
data entry
of documents, records, and reports.
Take dictation
in longhand and transcribe into digital format efficiently.
Maintain and update company databases and spreadsheets.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and format documents, letters, and reports as per company standards.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and document management.
Ensure data confidentiality and maintain organized filing systems.
Support day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.

Prefered only female candidates
Minimum
3 to 5 years of experience
in data entry, typing, or administrative roles.
Excellent English typing speed
(minimum 4050 words per minute).
Good knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
and basic computer operations.
Ability to
take longhand dictation
clearly and accurately.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
