Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely

    data entry

    of documents, records, and reports.
  • Take dictation

    in longhand and transcribe into digital format efficiently.
  • Maintain and update company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and format documents, letters, and reports as per company standards.
  • Coordinate with different departments for data collection and document management.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks when required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Prefered only female candidates
  • Minimum

    3 to 5 years of experience

    in data entry, typing, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent English typing speed

    (minimum 4050 words per minute).
  • Good knowledge of

    MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to

    take longhand dictation

    clearly and accurately.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
