The role is responsible for various administrative activities related to office space, infrastructure planning, business travel, accommodation, housekeeping, facilities management, office supplies, employee events, and welfare activities. As part of the team, you will support the implementation of administrative activities to ensure high-quality support services for all staff. This includes managing housekeeping, premises upkeep, front desk, secretarial assistance, cafeteria facility, and travel assistance. Your responsibilities will also include managing day-to-day administrative issues, creating hygienic working conditions, organizing company events within approved budgets, overseeing employee relocations or onboarding from an administration infrastructure perspective, and coordinating with external agencies and internal HR teams to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for on-site security management, negotiating with hotels for organization-level tie-ups, ensuring smooth travel and fleet management at optimal costs, arranging travel insurance and foreign exchange, and managing guest house/hotel bookings and car rentals as per policy. In terms of interactions, you will collaborate internally with the Head of HR, other functional/department heads, and corporate office employees. Externally, you will engage with vendors, contractors, security agencies, and hotel & travel services.
