Job Requirement

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end finance operations, tax compliances, financial planning and analysis, regulatory compliances, risk management and business finance while looking to make improvements to procedures and controls.

Financial Accounting, Financial Forensic Audits, Project Management, Corporate Finance & Strategy, Funds Raising, Growth Capital, Private Equity Investment, FDI and Joint Ventures, Financial Modeling & Analysis, Financial & Technical Due Diligence, Business Valuations & Risk Management, Plaining of OPEX and CAPEX etc.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day accounting, finance and taxation
• Act as a Strategic advisor to the Management on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, financial plans, and business planning & modelling.
• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.

Requirement

• CA
• 8-10 years of experience in Finance Planning and Accounts & Taxation management.
• Real Estate experience preferred
• Proven track record to work with multiple stakeholders in a high growth environment and deliver results.
