Job Role

Closing (Luxury Residential)

• Bachelors degree in real estate, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate closings, preferably in luxury or high-end residential developments.
• Strong understanding of RERA, registration laws, property law, and mortgage procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously.
