Beacon India is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Simulation Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of simulation software and related services to a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, engineering, and education. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, present innovative solutions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in simulation sales. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies. - Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote products and services. - Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends. - Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to prospects. - Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Skills and Requirements: - Proven sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales. - Strong understanding of simulation software and its applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and team members. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Tools Required: - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software - Presentation and demonstration tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Zoom). - Analytics tools for tracking sales performance and customer engagement. - Communication tools (e.g., email, chat applications).
