Site responsibilities - Travel to site for start up and commissioning of automation systems. - Participate & supervise switching ON of electrical / Automation control panels. - Calibration of field instruments as per technical data sheet. - Parameterisation of frequency drives as per motor name plate specifications. - Testing & validating field wiring as per local & international norms and sound engineering practice. - Testing, evaluating & validating Safety Loops. - Validate earthing & grounding of electrical panels. - Installation & validation of communication bus like Profinet / Profibus. - Installation & validation of plant system/network architecture. - Installation of HMI computers/UPS and setting up the control room for plant operations. - Conduct IO test along with Desmet and client engineers. - Conduct SAT (Site Acceptance Test) with client and group office site engineers. - Perform sequence test & water trials. - Plant start-up, commissioning, and operation. - Training operators on plant operation. - Hand over of automation system to client and signing of automation acceptance certificate. - Updating all automation/electrical documentation ‘As Commissioned’ - Preparing weekly reports and keeping the Team Manager informed of the same.
