Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Siemens Opcenter MES Consultant located in NCR/Pune. The Siemens Opcenter MES Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Siemens Opcenter software solutions. This includes conducting system analysis, designing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to end-users. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and support project delivery. You’ll design, develop, and deploy digital manufacturing systems that connect shop floors with enterprise systems, driving operational excellence and Industry 4.0 transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize

  Siemens Opcenter Execution

  (Process, Discrete, Advanced Planning and Scheduling) modules.
• Integrate Opcenter with

  ERP(SAP, Oracle), PLM, and SCADA

  systems.
• Develop applications using

  C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, and SQL

  .
• Participate in solution architecture, upgrades, and testing.
• Deliver technical documentation, training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate globally to ensure seamless MES delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in

  Siemens Opcenter Execution

  (Process, Discrete, Advanced Planning and Scheduling) modules.
• 8+ years’ experience in

  Siemens Opcenter

  or

  SIMATIC IT

  .
• Hands-on with

  MES integration

  ,

  web services (REST/SOAP)

  ,

  APIs

  ,

  ERP/PLM

  systems.
• Strong understanding of

  manufacturing processes

  and

  shop-floor automation

  .
• Familiarity with

  Team Foundation Server, Git, or Jira

  .
• Experience in troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to end-users
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Automation and AI technologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications in Siemens Opcenter or similar MES systems
