Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager – Luxury Lighting ProductsLocation: [City, State]Department: Sales & Retail OperationsReports To: General Manager / Head of SalesPosition Overview:The Showroom Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations and performance of the luxury lighting showroom. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in premium or luxury product sales, exceptional customer relationship skills, and an eye for design aesthetics. The manager will ensure the showroom reflects brand excellence, drives sales targets, and delivers an outstanding client experience.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for luxury lighting products.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Identify opportunities for business growth through architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.Ensure upselling and cross-selling of complementary lighting and décor products.2. Showroom OperationsMaintain a visually appealing and organized showroom aligned with brand standards.Supervise product displays, lighting arrangements, and merchandising updates.Oversee inventory levels, stock rotation, and replenishment in coordination with the supply team.Manage daily operations including opening/closing, billing, and documentation.3. Customer ExperienceProvide personalized consultations to clients on lighting design, product selection, and customization options.Handle escalations and ensure a seamless pre- and post-sale customer journey.Maintain long-term relationships with high-end clientele and trade partners.4. Team LeadershipRecruit, train, and motivate showroom sales staff to achieve performance targets.Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.Foster a culture of professionalism, excellence, and accountability.5.
