As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products within the showroom, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience by understanding their needs and guiding them through the purchase process. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom. Understand customers' requirements and provide product information accordingly. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively. Sales and Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Actively promote products to drive sales and upsell where possible. Provide accurate information on pricing, discounts, and promotions. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features and specifications of the products on display. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge among showroom staff. Customer Service: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally. Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer. Visual Merchandising: Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional displays. Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences and market trends. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall organizational goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in showroom sales or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Skills: Sales and negotiation skills. Product knowledge and understanding of market trends.
