As a Customer Relation Executive (Tamil) at Johns Honda located in Alappuzha, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to Tamil-speaking customers and maintaining positive relationships with them. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, service requests, and complaints from Tamil-speaking customers, providing information on vehicle services, bookings, and follow-ups, updating customer records, and coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Regular follow-ups for service reminders, feedback, and satisfaction surveys will also be a part of your duties. Additionally, you may need to support front office operations as and when required.
