Customer Relationship Executive (Tamil)

As a Customer Relation Executive (Tamil) at Johns Honda located in Alappuzha, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to Tamil-speaking customers and maintaining positive relationships with them. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, service requests, and complaints from Tamil-speaking customers, providing information on vehicle services, bookings, and follow-ups, updating customer records, and coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Regular follow-ups for service reminders, feedback, and satisfaction surveys will also be a part of your duties. Additionally, you may need to support front office operations as and when required. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in Tamil (speaking is a must, reading/writing is a plus), possess good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English, and hold a minimum qualification of Plus Two / Diploma / Graduation. Prior experience in customer service or call handling would be advantageous, along with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software, is also required. This is a full-time position with day shift schedules.
