As a Display Van Driver cum Executive at Johns Honda in Alappuzha, you will play a crucial role in supporting marketing and brand visibility efforts. Your responsibilities will include safely operating the branded display van, conducting field-level promotional activities, and engaging with the public to increase showroom footfall and customer engagement. You will drive the Honda-branded display van across Alappuzha and nearby areas as per the campaign schedule, ensuring that the van is well-maintained, clean, and that branded displays are properly set up and functional. Additionally, you will support showroom marketing by distributing promotional materials, sharing product information, and promoting ongoing offers or events to the public. In this role, you will also be responsible for setting up and managing promotional kiosks or display setups at exhibitions, public events, or hotspots. It will be essential to record and report details of locations visited, materials distributed, and public feedback to the marketing team. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the sales team to gather leads during campaigns and ensure all safety and local traffic regulations are strictly followed. To qualify for this position, you should possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license with a clean driving record, along with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably in promotional or marketing campaigns. Basic communication skills in Malayalam and Hindi/English are required, and you should be energetic, well-groomed, and enthusiastic about customer interaction. Familiarity with the roads and locations in and around Alappuzha is a plus, and you should be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on campaign needs. A Higher Secondary Education qualification is preferred, and experience in two-wheeler promotions or dealership marketing campaigns will be advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge or event handling skills will also be beneficial in this role.
