Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass Experience: Fresher to 2 Years of experience in Sales / Customer Handling --- Job Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products. Provide complete product information, features, and pricing. Maintain product displays, stock arrangement, and showroom cleanliness. Assist customers in product selection and ensure a smooth buying experience. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally. Coordinate with the billing team and ensure accurate invoicing. Follow up with potential customers to close sales. Maintain records of customer visits, enquiries, and sales reports. --- Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic product knowledge (training will be provided) Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach Ability to convince and close sales Basic computer knowledge (for billing/support) --- Salary Structure: Fixed Salary: Based on skills & experience Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for each sale --- Work Location: Showroom-based role (full-time)
