TBZ - The Original is recognized for its exquisite 100% BIS hallmarked gold jewelry and certified diamond jewelry designs, making it the preferred choice for wedding and regular jewelry purchases. The brand operates 37 stores across 25 cities in 12 states.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Mumbai. The Showroom Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence, manage sales and showroom staff, and maintain the aesthetic and operational standards of the showroom. Duties also include inventory management, staff training and development, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
Experience managing showrooms and showroom staff
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Relevant experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
