Showroom Manager - Reliance Jewels

As a Showroom Manager at Reliance Jewels, you will play a crucial role in leading the team towards achieving retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the smooth operations of the showroom. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning retail KPIs to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP). - Overseeing the achievement of GSS number and value targets by motivating the store team. - Monitoring overall store operations such as sales, staffing, training, inventory management, store maintenance, and cost control. - Managing customer relationships and focusing on enhancing the customer experience to drive satisfaction and loyalty. - Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Visual Merchandising (VM) and Marketing in stores. - Leading and managing the team effectively to ensure alignment with business objectives and high performance. - Handling and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner. - Cultivating a culture of trust, integrity, and respect in the stores. - Providing growth opportunities to store employees through various step-up programs. - Developing functional capabilities in employees through appropriate training interventions. - Driving sales through omni-channel strategies. - Ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints as per Turnaround Time (TAT). - Ensuring availability of manpower for planned training programs.
