The products are freshly prepared every day in an ayurvedic kitchen using whole and raw ingredients. With a customer base of over 23 lakh individuals, your company has established a strong presence in the Indian personal care industry. The founding team brings a wealth of startup experience, solid funding, and backing from tier 1 institutional investors. As a Shopper Marketing Manager with 12 years of experience, your role will involve managing category growth initiatives to drive sales and profitability for new product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and achieve measurable business results. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage category top-line and bottom-line performance to ensure profitability. - Conduct market analysis to estimate category size, growth potential, and competitor share. - Design and execute shopper marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and drive conversion at retail touchpoints. - Identify high-potential sub-categories, consumption trends, and whitespace opportunities. - Support the launch of new products through market activation plans and optimize based on customer and retailer feedback. Skills & Competencies: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools. - Ability to interpret market and consumer data to develop actionable plans. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong cross-functional collaboration mindset. Qualifications: - Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA from Tier 1 B-schools preferred. - 12 years of relevant experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or category management in the FMCG/CPG industry. This role will be instrumental in driving category revenue growth, market share improvement, NPD sales contribution, and ROI on shopper marketing initiatives.,
