Role Summary:

The Shopify Store Management Executive will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations,

catalog management, and performance optimization of Sneakare’s Shopify-based D2C website. The

ideal candidate should have around 2 years of hands-on experience in Shopify store management,

website merchandising, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Catalog Management

 Manage daily operations of the Shopify store including product uploads, pricing, and catalog

updates.

 Ensure accurate product information, descriptions, images, and stock levels.

 Regularly audit the store for errors, broken links, or discrepancies.

Website Merchandising & User Experience

 Plan and update website banners, collections, and navigation for new launches and

campaigns.

 Optimize product pages, categories, and checkout process to improve customer journey and

conversions.

 Work on improving site speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.

Promotions & Campaign Execution

 Upload and manage promotional campaigns, discount codes, and offers on the Shopify

store.

 Coordinate with marketing teams to implement creatives, landing pages, and

festive/seasonal campaigns.

 Ensure campaigns on Shopify align with marketplace activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Work with design and content teams for website updates.

 Coordinate with operations and supply chain to maintain stock accuracy.

 Collaborate with external developers or Shopify partners for app integrations and feature

enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field.

 Around 2 years of experience in Shopify store management (D2C brands preferred).

 Strong working knowledge of Shopify platform, themes, and apps.

 Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO basics, and reporting tools.

 Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
